We will verify your coverage and bill your insurance company for services covered.
Many insurance plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of service.
Patients are responsible for their co-pay and any other unpaid ammounts leftover.
Your statements and office visit notes are easy to read and can be accessed online.
We have reasonable prices on all services and our office visits are still under $100.
Extra charges such as labs, tests and/or procedures apply but at a discount.
We offer a Prompt Pay Discount of 20% on services paid for on the same day!
We accept cash, most major credit cards and personal checks .
